California Racing Partners was founded in 2021, and we've enjoyed early success as a racing syndicate with relatively modest horse acquisition prices which include Grade 3 winner Visually purchased for just 40k at OBS two-year old in training sale, graded stakes placed Sakura Blossom purchased for 80k at Keeneland yearling sale, and Grade 2 winner One More Bid purchased for 55k at Fasig Tipton two-year old in training sale.
California Racing Partners attributes our success to developing a method of evaluating thoroughbreds which we call the Six Attribute Method. The Six Attribute Method identifies thoroughbred prospects that possess the six most common attributes found in stakes horses. Our team has worked together for years to develop the expertise needed to evaluate thoroughbred racing prospects and their attributes.
Besides California Racing Partner's success, our team members Joe Ciaglia and Larry Zap have been involved with Breeders Cup Champion Champagne Room, Grade 1 winner We Miss Frankie and Kentucky Derby participant and Grade 1 winner Dance With Fate, among several others.
